My story
I didn't start in water. I started in cleaning.
My first company cleaned houses. It was called Elite Suburbs, and it taught me what every service owner learns fast: if the work only happens when you're there, you don't own a business. You own a job.
In 2008 I registered Idoll Inc. and started selling water filtration. I had customers before I had a website. HealthyWaterSupply.com launched in 2009. That site became PuricomUSA. In 2019 it became RKIN. Three names, one company.
In 2022 we turned ten years of customer feedback into a countertop reverse osmosis system and put it on Kickstarter. It raised more than $100K, which put it in the top 4% of all successful crowdfunding campaigns. Today I run RKIN with a small team and a growing stack of AI systems, and I still pick up the phone for customers.
You can do this too. Not by working more hours. By building the thing so it runs without you in every seat.
